Its bright red colour, intense aroma and particular bitter taste make it extremely versatile for an aperitif and ideal as a base for some of the most famous cocktails in the world. 

The coppery colours of this aperitif herald the warm sensations of Mediterranean summer sunsets. Sprissetto Bitter is obtained from a well-balanced infusion of bitter herbs, bitter orange, wormwood and rhubarb. Typically mixed, but also delicious and  smooth "on the rocks"
